When my friend made it on the show American Gladiators, they had a warm-up guy in the crowd going around getting the audience members to make fools of themselves before the taping started. The only thing I could think of were these silly lines my sister taught me in reference to your biceps. My coworker taught them to her nephew, and it was too cute not to share with you. :)
